3. Establishment of a Mutual Understanding

  • Boost readability, tighten security, or fix mistakes;
  • Respond to changes in services, technology, or outside vendors as they pertain to operational demands.

3.5 Change Notification

We will do our best to give you advance notice of any changes that could be considered substantial. A notification may appear in one of several places on the website, such as an email, a pop-up window, or even when you log in. An effective date will be specified in the updated Terms.

3.6 Declining Offers from Players

Please discontinue use of the Services and close your account promptly in compliance with the processes outlined in Section 16 of these Terms if you are not willing to accept an updated version of the Terms. Your continued use of the Services indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.

3.7 Length of Contract

Until one of you terminates this agreement, the other will continue to govern your relationship with Slots Don. Closing your account is your right to terminate the agreement at any moment. The right to terminate or suspend this agreement by Slots Don is reserved under Section 17 (Termination and Suspension). Upon termination of the agreement, some sections, including those pertaining to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, shall remain in effect.

4. Accounts for Players

4.1 What You Need to Qualify

Slots Don requires the following to establish and maintain an account:

(a) Have reached the age of majority in your home jurisdiction (or be older if so mandated by law);

(b) Possess the mental capacity to form legally binding contracts;

(c) not be registered with the Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen (CRUKS) or otherwise prohibited from gambling by Dutch authorities; and

(d) not be pretending to represent someone else.

4.2 Policy on One Account

Only one account per player may be created and maintained. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account information with anyone else. All earnings and bonuses linked with duplicate accounts are subject to suspension or permanent closure at Slots Don’s discretion.

4.3 Details for Enrollment

Accurate and complete information is required while creating an account. This includes:

  • When you were born;

4.5 Verifying Account

Slots Don must finish the required verification processes before your account can be activated. If the information you submit is missing, inconsistent, or does not satisfy regulatory criteria, we have the right to refuse or delay the activation of your account.

4.6 Accounts Banned

  • No account may be opened or maintained by you if you:

  • Are trying to represent someone else;

4.7 Dormant Accounts

After thirteen months of inactivity, your account will be considered dormant. You may be charged €5 per month for maintenance until the balance is zero. It is possible to close the account if the balance drops to zero. We shall make every effort to inform you prior to the application of such costs.

4.8 Things That Make You Wonder

In his role as account monitor, Slots Don keeps an eye out for anything out of the ordinary, such as:

  • Big or unexplained deposits;
  • Acceptance of various payment options;
  • Quick or erratic patterns of betting;
  • Attempts to bypass geographical constraints.

Your account may be suspended or terminated and the situation may be reported to the appropriate authorities if we discover any suspicious conduct.

4.9 On the Scope of Player Duty

All of the following are entirely on you:

  • Your login and password must be kept secret;
  • Making sure that no one else has access to your login information;
  • Anything done with your account, whether you gave permission or not.
  • Unless our carelessness causes you financial harm, Slots Don will not pay for any losses that occur as a result of unauthorized account use.

5.4 Breach Consequences

Your use of our Services, or attempts to use them, from a Restricted Territory may result in the following actions:

(a) closing or suspending your account is a possibility;

(b) payments may be refunded or lost altogether;

(c) any prizes accrued while the unauthorized access was underway will be null and void;

(d) We have the option to notify the proper authorities about the event.

5.5 House on Short Term

We regret that we cannot provide you with access to or use of the Services while you are in a Restricted Territory, even if you are a resident of the Netherlands. Account restrictions may be imposed in the event that you try to do so.

5.6 Statement Regarding Liability

Slots Don disclaims all liability for any harm or loss suffered by users who try to access the Services from outside of their authorized territories. Your use of our Services constitutes your agreement to indemnify us against any claims that may arise from your unauthorized access.

6. Protecting Your Account

6.1 Protection of User Account Information

Your username, password, and other security information must be kept secret at all times. No third party should ever get their hands on this facts. Even if someone else uses your login information to access your account, we will still consider all of their actions to have been made by you.

6.2 Occupation of Account Responsibilities

Any and all actions taken through your account, whether or not you authorized them, are entirely at your mercy. Withdrawals, bets, and deposits all fall under this category. Slots Don will not be held responsible for any losses that may occur as a result of someone else using your login information, unless our fault or negligence is proven.

6.3 Accounts Faulted by Hackers

Notify our customer support team immediately if you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your login information. In response to such a notification, we reserve the right to temporarily disable your account access while we determine its security. Any transactions that are still outstanding can be put on hold during the suspension.

6.4 Secrecy of Devices 

The security of the equipment you use to access the Services, including the installation of firewall and antivirus measures, is entirely on you. If your device is compromised by malware, hackers, or experiences any other technical issues, Slots Don is not responsible for any losses that may occur.

6.5 Using IP Addresses and Multiple Devices

In order to identify any suspicious or unusual conduct, we may keep an eye on logins from various devices, browsers, or IP addresses. We retain the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the account in the event that security concerns are discovered.

6.6 Methods for Verification

When making a large purchase at Slots Don, you may be asked to provide extra security information, like a biometric verification, two-factor authentication (2FA), or verify your identity again. Your service, including withdrawals, may be delayed or denied if you refuse to comply with these requests.

6.7 Transfers Prohibited

No two Slots Don accounts can have the same amount of money. All unauthorized attempts to transfer funds, whether direct or indirect, will be promptly blocked and your account may be suspended.

6.8 Acknowledgement of Risk

Protecting the honesty and safety of our systems is our first priority, thus we will do everything in our power to do so. While we do our best to prevent unauthorised access and cyberattacks, we cannot provide complete security. Slots Don hereby expressly disclaims any responsibility for any losses or damages that may result from security breaches that are outside our control, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

7. Funds, Withdrawals, and Deposits

7.1 Making Bank Deposits

You need to fund your account before you can play any of Slots Don’s games. You can make a deposit using any of the following options, depending on what’s available where you are:

  • Online money transfers via iDEAL or another Dutch method;
  • Bank cards that have been verified;
  • Accepted methods of electronic payment;
  • Gift cards that we have authorized;
  • Slots Don’s promotional credits or bonuses.

At any moment, we might decide to add or withdraw a payment option. Not every player will have access to every method.

7.2 Bank Deposit Requirements

You may be subject to deposit limits based on your payment method, account history, and any limits you set for yourself as a player. To maintain conformity with responsible gaming standards and regulatory requirements, we retain the authority to modify these limits unilaterally.

7.3 Confirmation of Deposit

Our payment processor will verify the receipt of deposits before crediting your account. We are not always able to prevent delays caused by banking or third-party systems.

7.4 Who Owns What Kinds of Payment Debt?

You are required to use a payment method that is registered in your own name for all deposits. It is absolutely forbidden to use any kind of third-party financial account, card, or wallet. You risk having any wins associated with a deposit revoked if you make a deposit that violates this rule.

7.5 Requests for Withdrawal

Withdrawals of available cash can be requested at any time, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. There is no way to reverse a cleared deposit;
  2. The necessary verifications of identity and source of funding have been finalized;
  3. Your account is not currently the subject of any inquiry or dispute.

Typically, the same method that was used to deposit funds can also be utilized to make a withdrawal. We can ask for a different approach on your behalf if that isn’t feasible.

7.6 Limits on Withdrawals

Possible withdrawal limitations include daily, weekly, and monthly amounts. You can see these restrictions displayed prominently on our website and in your account settings.

7.7 Process Time

Withdrawal requests will be processed as soon as possible by Slots Don. The time it takes for the money to actually show up in your account, though, could differ from one bank or payment processor to the next. We have no control over delays caused by outside parties.

7.8 AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Requirements 7.8

We may be required by Dutch and EU anti-money-laundering rules to inquire as to the source of your funds. Withdrawals may be held or cancelled until we receive appropriate proof. Any transactions that are thought to be suspicious can be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7.9 Deposits that Fail

Everything you’ve won or gotten as a bonus will be nullified if a deposit goes through or is reversed. If any funds are accidentally credited, you will be responsible for paying them back.

7.10 Process for Paybacks and Refunds

You can use the money you deposit to play games. It is not common practice to give refunds. Slots Don has the right to reclaim any costs associated with chargebacks, deposit cancellations, or similar reversals, suspend your account, and forfeit any winnings related to them.

7.11 Dormant or Inactive Balances

Monthly maintenance costs can eat away at funds that aren’t being used in dormant accounts (see to Section 4.7). Prior to the application of such costs, we shall inform you.

7.12 Interest and Fund Protection

Do not mistake Slots Don for a financial institution. Government deposit plans do not insure funds deposited with us, and interest is not accrued on such funds. According to the regulations set out by the Dutch government, we keep client money distinct from operating funds.

7.13 Mistake in Funds Transfer 

Notify us right away and do not use the credited monies if they were credited to you accidentally. Slots Don retains ownership of these funds and can demand their return at any time.

7.14 The Role of the Player

When making a deposit, you promise to use only legally owned money. Additionally, you are not allowed to use your account for anything other than gaming, such as sending money or exchanging currencies.

8. Games and Betting

8.1 Making a Gamble

A positive balance in your account is required in order to place bets. You can only wager the funds in your account, including any active bonuses, on certain bets. No matter what, we will never extend credit.

8.2 Game Rules 

There are rules (“Game Rules”) that govern each game that you can play on our website. The following regulations apply, without limitation:

  • The range of possible wagers;
  • Successful results or combinations;
  • Amounts paid out;
  • Qualification for the jackpot;
  • Bonus rounds and free spins have time constraints.

In addition to these Terms, you are also bound by the Game Rules of each game in which you participate. The rules of the game are available in the main menu and are subject to change from time to time.

8.3 Bet Acceptance

Only once our systems have acknowledged and recorded the bet in your account’s transaction history is it deemed genuine. Any amount staked will be restored to your balance if the bet is rejected due to a technical issue that precludes confirmation.

8.4 Equity and RNGs

Slots Don’s software uses Random Number Generators validated by third-party, reputable testing facilities to power all of their games. The results will be random, fair, and up to par with what the industry has to offer. Upon request, reports and certifications can be provided.

8.5 RTP (Return to Player)

The Return to Player %, which shows the predicted return of wagers over the long term, is displayed for each game. The theoretical RTP values do not ensure any certain outcome during your personal play sessions.

8.6 Issues with the Game

All wagers and wins from that round will be nullified in the event of a game failure. It is up to us whether or not to accept stake returns. Beyond returning the affected stake, Slots Don is not responsible for any additional compensation that may result from technical problems.

8.7 Methods of Betting That Are Prohibited

It is absolutely forbidden to engage in the following actions:

  • The use of “bots” or automated betting software;
  • Cooperation with other participants;
  • Taking use of vulnerabilities in software;
  • Playing the odds in order to avoid meeting bonus wagering requirements.

All wins will be lost if a player’s account is suspended or deleted for engaging in such actions.

8.8 Payout Maximums 

A maximum win or payout is imposed by some games. The Game Rules specify these limitations. You won’t get a dime more than what the game says you can win.

8.9 Risk Awareness

The potential for monetary loss is something you are aware of when you gamble. You fully acknowledge and accept all risks associated with placing bets. Whether your losses are the consequence of skill, luck, or your own free will, Slots Don is not responsible for them.

8.10 Resolutions of Disputes

The logs kept by our servers will be considered final and conclusive in the case of a dispute over game outcomes.

9. Rewards and Profits

9.1 How Winnings Are Accrued

Once our servers validate the outcome of a bet or game round, any eligible winnings will be promptly credited to your account balance. Withdrawals of winnings are possible under the terms and restrictions outlined in Section 7.

9.2 Winners’ Claims Validation

To ensure the earnings are legitimate, Slots Don may run further checks before approving the withdrawal. Data on games, betting habits, and identification documents may all be subject to verification as part of these processes. If additional verification is needed, there can be some delays.

9.3 Cashing Out Winnings

At any moment, you can ask to have your winnings withdrawn, but only if:

as of now, all funds have been disbursed;

(b) no verification procedures necessitated by Dutch or EU law remain open;

(c) there are now no open inquiries or issues regarding your account;

(d) None of these Terms have been violated.

9.4 Limits on Withdrawals

Slots Don may set withdrawal limitations to control financial risk and guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements. The default restrictions are: Unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms:

  • €4,000 daily;
  • Ten grand weekly;
  • Monthly cost of €20,000.
  • Withdrawals made over time are subject to these limits. Verified VIP players may be eligible for higher limits, but they will be subject to further checks.

9.5 Big Payouts and Jackpots

Winnings of very big amounts, such as jackpots, may be paid out in installments. All applicable regulatory obligations will be met, and you will be informed of the payment plan in a clear and understandable manner.

9.6 Winnings Mistakes

It is possible that Slots Don may make adjustments to your account and recoup any erroneously awarded wins in the event that this occurs as a result of a technical or human error. You shouldn’t try to cash out or spend money that was accidentally credited.

9.7 The Role of Players and Taxes

You must report and pay any local, state, or federal taxes that are due on your wins. Slots Don will pay any taxes owed to the Dutch government, including any taxes that are needed to be reported to the Belastingdienst. If a player is unable to pay their personal taxes in a country other than the Netherlands, we will not be held responsible.

9.8 Withdrawal Postponement

If we suspect any fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breaches of these Terms, payouts may be delayed or withdrawn. As we look into suspicious gameplay or resolve disagreements, we may temporarily halt withdrawals as well.

9.9 Absolute Power

The information kept on our systems will be considered final and binding in case of a dispute over the amount of winnings or payout eligibility.

10. Extras and Sales

10.1 Bonus Characteristics

Bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives (collectively “Bonuses”). Slots Don may occasionally offer these things. You might get these when you sign up, make a deposit, or as a promotional offer to a specific group. We reserve the right to limit or eliminate bonus opportunities at any time.

10.2 Who Can Apply

Only gamers who have registered and validated their accounts will be able to get bonuses. Additional terms and conditions, such as required minimum deposits, preferred payment methods, or length of residency, may be imposed by us. Every person, household, IP address, or payment method is limited to one Bonus claim per Bonus, unless otherwise specified.

10.3 Things You Must Have to Wager

10.5. Bonuses Expiration

You have 7 days from the date of credit to use any Bonus, unless otherwise specified. After this time has passed, any winnings and any unused portion will be forfeited.

10.6 What Are the Maximum Bonus Winnings?

Winnings from no-deposit bonuses (such free spins without deposit) could be limited in certain situations. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from these incentives is €100.

10.7 Actions That Are Not Allowed

Bonus abuse includes the following actions, which are not allowed under any circumstances:

(c.) Put a hold on or terminate your account;

(d) Not participate in Bonus programs in the future.

10.9 Limitations on Withdrawal

You are not allowed to cash out your Bonus or any wins linked with it until the wagering conditions are satisfied. The Bonus and any associated wins are subject to forfeiture in the event that you seek a withdrawal prior to fulfilling the criteria.

10.10 Modifications and Termination

At any time and without prior notice, we may revise or discontinue any Bonus offer; however, this shall not impact any Bonuses that have been claimed.

11. Website and Service Utilization

11.1 Usage Verification

Your use of our website and services is contingent upon your compliance with these terms and your use of them for solely lawful purposes. Use the Services in a way that doesn’t damage other users or Slots Don’s reputation; behave in good faith at all times; and refrain from aggressive behaviour.

11.2 Unauthorized Application

The following are examples of prohibited uses of the Website and Services:

(a) In connection with any deceitful or illegal endeavor, such as the laundering of funds or the financing of terrorism;

(a) Using false information to pose as another person or as an imposter;

(c) To penetrate our defences in an effort to steal information or gain access to your player account;

(d) To use automated software (“bots”), exploit bugs, or otherwise tamper with game functionality;

(e) To distribute malicious software, spyware, or other malicious programming;

(f) To intimidate, threaten, or abuse other players, or anyone else;

(g) To give, sell, or try to sell your account to someone else.

11.3: Tracking and Documentation

Your activities on the Website and the Services, such as logins, purchases, and games, may be recorded and monitored by us for security and compliance reasons. Legal requirements may necessitate disclosure of this data to regulatory or law enforcement agencies.

11.4 Connection Losses and Blackouts

We will do our best to return the game to its original state upon your reconnect if you become disconnected from a game because of technical difficulties, internet problems, or any other reason that is beyond our control. In the event that repair is not feasible:

  • We will return any bets that remain unresolved;
  • All bets settled before to disconnect will be considered legitimate;
